The Kothrak High Priest of Light.

He shares rule over the city with his Dark Priestess counterpart, with himself ruling from dawn till dusk. The Kothrak race originates from a harsh mesa, and are accustomed to the harsh light and heat of the sun. The Kothrak are a strong and resilient people, they are also coldblooded and need the warmth of the light to thrive hence why they worship a being of light.
